Guarantee:
Harvant Feeders offers a 1 year guarantee for manufacturers defects on all of its Pro Spinner Plates. Harvant Feeders will gladly replace any Pro Spinner Plate with original receipt attached. Harvant Feeders will not be able to replace any Pro Spinner Plate that has been damaged, altered, or does not have original receipt attached.
 

Return policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, return the item within 30 days of the date of purchase in good working condition ready for the shelf and we will exchange it or refund your money (shipping not included – outbound or inbound on returns). Any returns received after the 30 day grace period are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

On returns, please allow a 2-3 week turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.
 

Taxes:
Taxes will be included in total charge and will be based on a real time basis, based on total purchase.
 

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs will be included in total charge, based on weight of total purchase and destination. Harvant Feeders ships via USPS.
